Parking & Checking In

Ample parking is available immediately behind ArtMed via the laneway which is accessed by the side streets to the north and south (Kerr Street and Tiffany Street). ArtMed offers 10 complimentary parking spots in the lot behind the building, and additional parking can be found on Woolwich across the street from our building at 381 Woolwich Street. For your safety, please cross Woolwich Street at the light at London Road or at Powell Street. Entrance to our Medical Clinic can be made through both the back door and the front door of the building. The reception area is found conveniently in the center of the clinic.

Booking Fees

As of November 1st, 2020, for longer appointments of 90+ minutes a $50 deposit (or Booking Fee) will be taken at the time of booking. Deposits/booking Fees will be applied in full to the balance of your invoice for products and services and are refundable with a minimum of two business days cancellation notice. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment. 

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments 

To ensure optimal care and treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. ArtMed prides itself in running on schedule and late arrivals cannot be readily accommodated. ArtMed may retain booking fees deposits failing a timely arrival. 

ArtMed requires two business days (48 hrs) cancellation notice. Cancellations with less notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  Appointment confirmations are sent two business days prior to your scheduled appointment; additionally, text messages will be sent on the day of your appointment. 

No shows to booked appointments will charged a $50 no-show fee.  Booking fee deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to show up to their scheduled appointment.

Methods of Payment & Exchanges

Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. 

We accept cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard.  

We are committed to ensuring skin care product satisfaction. However, opened products cannot be returned for refund.   

If you feel you are having an allergic reaction to a skin care product then please photograph the reaction and contact the clinic. We will submit an adverse event report to the supplier. The product may be exchangeable but will be up to the discretion of the supplier.  

Exchanges must be made in person at ArtMed.
