I have been going to ArtMed for roughly 7 years. The laser hair removal has been extremely effective for me, little to no hair regrowth with the occasional maintenance appointment as needed. Their consultation is very open and honest for expectation setting for results and I have been very happy with my treatments.The team has been consistently kind, responsive and professional. Before going to ArtMed, I have tried 4 other places for laser, spent a big junk of money and time but the hair reduction was not successful. Since I started my laser with ArtMed, the hair almost completely gone. It worked so well that I have started treating my under arm. I LOVE JENNIFER!!!! She’s professional, clean, attention to detail and very attentive. She always made sure every corner got treated and she cares whenever it hit the hurt spot. She’s definitely a keeper for myself and ArtMed. I will follow you wherever you go! The staff at ArtMed are all very kind. The place is very clean. Where do I even begin! This was my first time at this location and my first time getting Botox. I was very nervous, but after talking with Sarah I felt at ease and comfortable in my decision to go ahead with this procedure. Sarah was friendly, informative and I fully trusted my face in her hands (even after only just having meet her) . The spa itself was beautiful, clean and quiet. The reception staff were lovely. It's been about a week since I had the Botox done and I will say I'm very happy with the results, still early as the full results do take up to two weeks, but loving how it's going. I had no bruising or headache (I was anticipating both) so that was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to go back for my follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank-you Sarah, you are so talented at what you do! If I could give more then 5 star review I would.

I received some xeomin treatments from Vijeta about one week ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The place is spotless and the staff is insanely welcoming and made conversation with me as I waited. Vijeta is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, costs, and risks. There was no pressure to do any treatments I wasn’t comfortable with and she even went as far as to inquire why I wanted my treatments done in a way that made me feel as though she really cared that it was all for the right reasons. if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable.
it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.
I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.

I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!
