Parking & Checking In

Ample parking is available immediately behind ArtMed via the laneway which is accessed by the side streets to the north and south (Kerr Street and Tiffany Street). ArtMed offers 10 complimentary parking spots in the lot behind the building, and additional parking can be found on Woolwich across the street from our building at 381 Woolwich Street. For your safety, please cross Woolwich Street at the light at London Road or at Powell Street. Entrance to our Medical Clinic can be made through both the back door and the front door of the building. The reception area is found conveniently in the center of the clinic.

We ask our patients to register 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Our patient care administrator will review all necessary intake information and complete your check-in. Your care provider will then escort you through Project Skin MD’s clinic space to your treatment room.

Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

To ensure optimal care and treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. ArtMed may retain treatment deposits failing a timely arrival. ArtMed  requires two business days (48 hrs) cancellation notice to return a deposit. Appointment confirmations will be made two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A “no- show” fee will apply if you fail to appear to your confirmed appointment time.

Deposits, Payments & Returns

Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. Depending on the procedure, a deposit may be taken at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill, are refundable with a minimum of two business days’ cancellation notice and may be retained, as disclosed, failing to meet the above requirements. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment.

We accept cash, Debit, Visa, and Master Card. We are committed to ensuring skin care satisfaction. Exchanges must be made in person at ArtMed. EnVy Pillows must be returned to the clinic as part of that return policy within 30 days. AlumierMD product are the only product that can purchased online through our ArtMed AlumierMD portal.
