I had a consultation with Sarah and it was absolutely amazing! She was SO friendly! This is the third Med Spa that I have been to and I have never had such a good experience. I originally went in wanting filler but she discussed alloptions with me and thoroughly suggested other treatments that I had not thought of that can also help me achieve the look I am wanting. They definitely value customer happiness and achieving everyone’s dream look over trying to charge extra for things that aren’t necessary. I am so excited for my treatment and feel very prepared!

I have been going to Artmed for about a year now and I’ve had nothing but the most positive and perfect visits ever. The ladies there are super friendly and sweet! The clinic is spotless and always so clean. Jennifer has been my skin God the moment I did my consultation with her. She has helped me through my skin journey step by step with the appropriate procedures I needed to do for my skin type. I have done a BBL (bright and brilliant laser), forever young laser and micro-needling! I never once thought my skin would ever get to were it’s at now but with the help of Jennifer and her amazing hard work my skin has never felt so good. Jennifer is the most outgoing, bubbly and funny person ever. She truly makes your visit at Artmed 1000% better and enjoyable. You can definitely tell Jennifer’s passion as an esthetician through her hard work and making sure her clients are satisfied and happy, she goes out of her way to check up on her clients on Instagram after their visits and make sure they are healing okay and has been so easy to reach out to her for more questions. I received some xeomin treatments from Vijeta about one week ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The place is spotless and the staff is insanely welcoming and made conversation with me as I waited. Vijeta is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, costs, and risks. There was no pressure to do any treatments I wasn’t comfortable with and she even went as far as to inquire why I wanted my treatments done in a way that made me feel as though she really cared that it was all for the right reasons. In the fall I had the pleasure of having Val as my technician for a BBL treatment. This treatment was amazing as was Val. Val was super easy going and answered all my questions. She put me at ease which helped me relax through the procedure. The difference in my skin after this treatment was unbelievable. I went in feeling like a leopard ( so much sun damage). I had the pleasure of getting a couple of treatments done at ArtMed, today.ArtMed will not disappoint! It’s a beautiful clinic without feeling cold. It’s very soothing to be honest. Lots of amazing products as well!I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival by their office administrators Katie, Skye, and Chantal. It felt like walking into a friends house with how warm and friendly they are. Everyone was masked up - temperature taken etc - all Covid protocols were observed.I was taken into the treatment room to await my amazing Nurse Practitioners Amanda and Shannon - my Injection Specialists. After finding out what I wanted to achieve, they explained to me what they would do to achieve the results I want. They have the gentle touch. They talk you through the procedures to avoid any surprises. I am so glad i chose Art Med to help me with my acne scars. I booked an appointment here to have a consult in regards to my acne scars. Jennifer came up with a plan for me to do before my wedding next year. Jennifer explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable in what she does. I have had a few lasers now and i am so happy with the results this far. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the lasers as i do not do well with pain. Absolutely phenomenal staff that work here!!! Every time I go in, I'm greeted with so much vibrant energy. Jennifer Glazer is my go to gal here for all things skin. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. I am that client that pesters her all throughout our sessions for information about what each product and procedure is doing and she never falls short in having an answer ready for me. I have had a few standard facials here and am a involve with their Alumier range. Recently I did a chemical peel which completely changed my skin....I have never glowed so much and felt so bright! I have also had a mini lip plump by nurse Elyse. Another fabulous employee!! She made me feel so comfortable as a first timer for injections. Her light and bubbly sense of humour along with her knowledge and extreme expertise made my experience an easy 10/10. I will never forget how many times she analyzed my lips to make sure they were even. This girl knows whats up! I look forward to every appointment I make here. Cannot say enough good things about ArtMed.

Worth every penny! I researched laser hair removal places all over Ontario to find the best place. I found a place in Toronto and went there for 18 months and never saw decent results and it cost quite a lot of money. From there I knew I needed to go to the best of the best, which is why I made the switch to ArtMed. Best decision I have ever made! I now go to see Jennifer Glazer for all of my laser hair removal and cosmetic needs and wow talk about night and day difference. I saw immediate results after just one session and I was able to get a great price because of their promotions! I highly recommend investing in yourself and go to ArtMed! Awesome team! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. During my initial consult and through various treatments at the clinic, Jennifer has aided me in making informed decisions about my skincare without the pressure of having to make a purchase. GiGi was so sweet when I came in, and I guess could tell I was nervous. so she was extra sweet and didn't leave my side until I was calmer!if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable.it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.if you have any doubt, they'll take their time and reassure you =)you're in good hands. also my BBL session with Jennifer was really great because she is so wonderful to talk to. the light was uncomfortable but it felt like hanging out with a new friend. it's that kind of place.

I would recommend Artmed to just about everyone (and have been!). Jennifer is amazing, it's like having a friend give you advice based on what you're looking for. She's super down to earth and never once did I feel like she was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I am so happy with my BBL results, I feel like a new person and I'm smiling more. I already have my next few appointments scheduled! Go, run there! You won't regret it. I don't.

I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!

I absolutely recommend Artmed for your medical spa treatment. I did both face and eye thermage at ArtMed and the result was absolutely amazing. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Marlise was very nice and comforting throughout both the treatments and she was more than experienced to handle thermage. I'm so happy that I decided to do my thermage at Artmed. It's only been a month and I already love the result on my face! Couldn't wait to come back for HALO+PRP in a few month.

ArtMed was a shining star I didn't even know I was looking for!I've struggled with rosacea my entire life and began to have adult on-set acne (super frustrating when during your teenage years you had clear beautiful skin). I came across ArtMed (@artmedguelph) from following @thebirdspapaya on Instagram.I made a consultation with Jennifer Glazer (@thelazermedic) in January 2020 and she recommended I do 3 consecutive treatments of BBL (once a year for maintenance) and start some medical grade skin care that they carry in store, Vivier (@vivierskin) (Did I mention they're a Canadian company based out of Québec?!?). I'm still using the Redness Line from Vivier 7 months later and have only had to replace a few of the products; a little goes a LONG way.Needless to say I'm OVER THE MOON at how my skin looks today. I will be back to do the BBL treatments on an annual basis and hope to do a HALO treatment as well.Moral of the story - ArtMed and their staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Jennifer Glazer has helped with my skincare routine immensely! During COVID, I was looking to switch-up my routine (from Sephora brands) and went to her for advice. I've had a few treatments here now and I absolutely love it. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic is clean and spacious, there's a small selection of great products available for purchase (I'm loving Alumier!), and there's a good amount of free parking! I will be back again and again for my skin care needs. Thanks ArtMed!

Incredible service. From the front staff to the doctors - I’ve always felt welcomed .. dr Anderson and dr peirson are incredibly knowledgeable and I learned so much from them. They’re super Compassionate and it’s very clear they all love what they do. I won’t go anywhere else!
