I had a consultation with Sarah and it was absolutely amazing! She was SO friendly! This is the third Med Spa that I have been to and I have never had such a good experience. I originally went in wanting filler but she discussed alloptions with me and thoroughly suggested other treatments that I had not thought of that can also help me achieve the look I am wanting. They definitely value customer happiness and achieving everyone’s dream look over trying to charge extra for things that aren’t necessary. I am so excited for my treatment and feel very prepared!

I have been going to Artmed for about a year now and I’ve had nothing but the most positive and perfect visits ever. The ladies there are super friendly and sweet! The clinic is spotless and always so clean. Jennifer has been my skin God the moment I did my consultation with her. She has helped me through my skin journey step by step with the appropriate procedures I needed to do for my skin type. I have done a BBL (bright and brilliant laser), forever young laser and micro-needling! I never once thought my skin would ever get to were it’s at now but with the help of Jennifer and her amazing hard work my skin has never felt so good. Jennifer is the most outgoing, bubbly and funny person ever. She truly makes your visit at Artmed 1000% better and enjoyable. You can definitely tell Jennifer’s passion as an esthetician through her hard work and making sure her clients are satisfied and happy, she goes out of her way to check up on her clients on Instagram after their visits and make sure they are healing okay and has been so easy to reach out to her for more questions. Finding ArtMed has been transformative to my skin. I first went to them 5 years ago for concerns about acne scarring and have consistently had amazing experiences with Dr. Peirson and her team. Jennifer always gives the most amazing photo facials which have allowed me to regain so much confidence in my skin after having scarring and sun damage. Sarah is very knowledgeable when it comes to injectable treatments and has given great recommendations. Highly recommend their team if you want an expert opinion and the very best results.

I met with Nurse Sarah for the first time today, and she was lovely. She immediately set me at ease, listened well, and explained everything very clearly. The discomfort from the actual injections was minimal. Dr. Pierson also popped in and was equally calming and helpful.

Amanda has been doing my treatments for a year now and I am very happy with the results! She’s not pushy at all about adding on other services, which I appreciate! She takes the time to chat at the beginning of the appointment to make sure you are both on the same page. My experience at ArtMed has been positive, I will continue to go and try other skin treatments as needed. Front desk staff are very friendly as well.

Today was the first time I’ve been to Art Med, and I will definitely be coming back! Skye and Stephanie are absolutely amazing, intelligent women! They were both so welcoming and provided me so much product knowledge! It’s rare now a days to find that level services I received today. These two ladies are beautiful inside out. I’ve had treatments at ArtMed since 2021 and I’m a very happy customer :) I have had Revanesse with Amanda and Xeomin with Sarah and I’ve been very happy with the results. Everyone I’ve interacted with at the facility is friendly and knowledgable. I’ve never felt any kind of pressure to buy more or get more treatment done when it wasn’t necessary. Just finished a customized facial with Laura at Artmed. I have visited Laura in the past and have never been disappointed! The time she takes to discuss your skincare routine that fits your circumstances is invaluable. By changing a few things in my routine, my skin has improved so much over the last year. Her facials are not only informative, but so relaxing. The massage is so gentle with just the right amount of pressure. Will continue to book facials with Laura, so is fabulous!

I always have only the best experience every time I come into ArtMed. The staff here are so personable and kind and always go above and beyond. I came in 3 times for the BBL package with Valeria and she has always been very thorough while also accommodating my very low pain tolerance. I received some xeomin treatments from Vijeta about one week ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The place is spotless and the staff is insanely welcoming and made conversation with me as I waited. Vijeta is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, costs, and risks. There was no pressure to do any treatments I wasn’t comfortable with and she even went as far as to inquire why I wanted my treatments done in a way that made me feel as though she really cared that it was all for the right reasons. The results so far are fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. I have been recommending the ArtMed team and Vijeta to all my friends and family :)

This was my first experience with this kind of skin care treatment and from the first consultation visit, Valeria Pugliese has been amazing to work with. Val is patient, answered all of my questions and provided thorough information for me to make decisions about services. In the fall I had the pleasure of having Val as my technician for a BBL treatment. This treatment was amazing as was Val. Val was super easy going and answered all my questions. She put me at ease which helped me relax through the procedure. The difference in my skin after this treatment was unbelievable. I went in feeling like a leopard ( so much sun damage). After about a week my skin tone was much more even. Im thankful and grateful to Val's recommendation for post care treatment and Im looking forward to going back for my final treatment.

I have had a laser treatment at a different clinic and my skin looked worse. For this reason I was somewhat hesitant to have another one, but the reviews I read for ArtMed were awesome so I gave it another shot and I am so glad I did!!!My skin looks amazing thanks to Jennifer Glazer.Jennifer is truly amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable. friendly and kind. She takes her time explaining everything about your skin and the recommended treatment. For the treatment itself she made me feel so at ease and comfortable! And she told me what to expect after and everything she said was spot on. I was given aftercare that has been amazing for my skin. And even though I live almost an hour from ArtMed I will only go there from now on and have all my treatments with Jen! Thanks Jen, you are incredible at what you do!

I can’t say enough great things about ArtMed!Before going to ArtMed I would go to different places getting various treatments without having a real plan and never noticing real results. What I love about ArtMed is their results driven approach which is visibly tracked with a VISIA skin analysis to see the improvements over time!Beyond the incredible treatments, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to treatments with Jennifer (the best!); she’s passionate about her work and genuinely wants her clients to see the best results. ArtMed is an amazing place with friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. I had a consult with Dr. Peirson in August regarding an acute skin condition on my face. Her simple recommendations made a huge difference within two days, and I no longer need to use the prescription cream from my doctor that I had been using for two months prior. I went back today, and had a BBL treatment with Ulla. She was great, and took care of my concerns. I look forward to going back again :)

I had the pleasure of getting a couple of treatments done at ArtMed, today.ArtMed will not disappoint! It’s a beautiful clinic without feeling cold. It’s very soothing to be honest. Lots of amazing products as well!I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival by their office administrators Katie, Skye, and Chantal. It felt like walking into a friends house with how warm and friendly they are. Everyone was masked up - temperature taken etc - all Covid protocols were observed.I was taken into the treatment room to await my amazing Nurse Practitioners Amanda and Shannon - my Injection Specialists. After finding out what I wanted to achieve, they explained to me what they would do to achieve the results I want. They have the gentle touch. They talk you through the procedures to avoid any surprises. They were very thorough with the after care expectations and how long I could experience swelling for a short time.It has only been a few hours since I had everything done, but I can already see the improvements- looking forward to the next few days/weeks.I walked out smiling and feeling good about myself.Thank you!!Jenny

I am so glad i chose Art Med to help me with my acne scars. I booked an appointment here to have a consult in regards to my acne scars. Jennifer came up with a plan for me to do before my wedding next year. Jennifer explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable in what she does. Absolutely phenomenal staff that work here!!! Every time I go in, I'm greeted with so much vibrant energy. Jennifer Glazer is my go to gal here for all things skin. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. I am that client that pesters her all throughout our sessions for information about what each product and procedure is doing and she never falls short in having an answer ready for me. I have had a few standard facials here and am a involve with their Alumier range. Recently I did a chemical peel which completely changed my skin....I have never glowed so much and felt so bright! I have also had a mini lip plump by nurse Elyse. Another fabulous employee!! She made me feel so comfortable as a first timer for injections. Her light and bubbly sense of humour along with her knowledge and extreme expertise made my experience an easy 10/10. I will never forget how many times she analyzed my lips to make sure they were even. This girl knows whats up! I look forward to every appointment I make here. Worth every penny! I researched laser hair removal places all over Ontario to find the best place. I found a place in Toronto and went there for 18 months and never saw decent results and it cost quite a lot of money. From there I knew I needed to go to the best of the best, which is why I made the switch to ArtMed. Best decision I have ever made! Awesome team! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. During my initial consult and through various treatments at the clinic, Jennifer has aided me in making informed decisions about my skincare without the pressure of having to make a purchase. GiGi was so sweet when I came in, and I guess could tell I was nervous. so she was extra sweet and didn't leave my side until I was calmer!if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable.it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.if you have any doubt, they'll take their time and reassure you =)you're in good hands. also my BBL session with Jennifer was really great because she is so wonderful to talk to. the light was uncomfortable but it felt like hanging out with a new friend. it's that kind of place.

I would recommend Artmed to just about everyone (and have been!). Jennifer is amazing, it's like having a friend give you advice based on what you're looking for. She's super down to earth and never once did I feel like she was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I am so happy with my BBL results, I feel like a new person and I'm smiling more. I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!

I absolutely recommend Artmed for your medical spa treatment. I did both face and eye thermage at ArtMed and the result was absolutely amazing. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Marlise was very nice and comforting throughout both the treatments and she was more than experienced to handle thermage. I'm so happy that I decided to do my thermage at Artmed. It's only been a month and I already love the result on my face! Couldn't wait to come back for HALO+PRP in a few month.

ArtMed was a shining star I didn't even know I was looking for!I've struggled with rosacea my entire life and began to have adult on-set acne (super frustrating when during your teenage years you had clear beautiful skin). I came across ArtMed (@artmedguelph) from following @thebirdspapaya on Instagram.I made a consultation with Jennifer Glazer (@thelazermedic) in January 2020 and she recommended I do 3 consecutive treatments of BBL (once a year for maintenance) and start some medical grade skin care that they carry in store, Vivier (@vivierskin) (Did I mention they're a Canadian company based out of Québec?!?). I'm still using the Redness Line from Vivier 7 months later and have only had to replace a few of the products; a little goes a LONG way.Needless to say I'm OVER THE MOON at how my skin looks today. I will be back to do the BBL treatments on an annual basis and hope to do a HALO treatment as well.Moral of the story - ArtMed and their staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Jennifer Glazer has helped with my skincare routine immensely! During COVID, I was looking to switch-up my routine (from Sephora brands) and went to her for advice. I've had a few treatments here now and I absolutely love it. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic is clean and spacious, there's a small selection of great products available for purchase (I'm loving Alumier!), and there's a good amount of free parking! Incredible service. From the front staff to the doctors - I’ve always felt welcomed .. dr Anderson and dr peirson are incredibly knowledgeable and I learned so much from them. They’re super Compassionate and it’s very clear they all love what they do. I won’t go anywhere else!

I've had a Fraxel treatment to to correct residual acne scarring from 30 years ago. Smooth skin for the first time since I was a teenager! Thanks to laser technician, Christine, for the excellent treatment.
