First of all, I love Art Med and recommend it to everyone. I’ve had chemical peels, facials, BBL and Clear and Brilliant done. Every time I go, i insist on Valeria for all my services. She’s THE BEST. She explains everything as we go, she’s friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. She answers all my questions. I’ve also messaged Val at home with concerns and she never hesitates to answer me and address my concerns. I really can’t say enough good things about her. I received some xeomin treatments from Vijeta about one week ago and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The place is spotless and the staff is insanely welcoming and made conversation with me as I waited. Vijeta is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, costs, and risks. There was no pressure to do any treatments I wasn’t comfortable with and she even went as far as to inquire why I wanted my treatments done in a way that made me feel as though she really cared that it was all for the right reasons. The results so far are fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. I have been recommending the ArtMed team and Vijeta to all my friends and family :)

I have been going to Artmed for about a year now and I’ve had nothing but the most positive and perfect visits ever. The ladies there are super friendly and sweet! The clinic is spotless and always so clean. Jennifer has been my skin God the moment I did my consultation with her. She has helped me through my skin journey step by step with the appropriate procedures I needed to do for my skin type. I have done a BBL (bright and brilliant laser), forever young laser and micro-needling! I never once thought my skin would ever get to were it’s at now but with the help of Jennifer and her amazing hard work my skin has never felt so good. Jennifer is the most outgoing, bubbly and funny person ever. She truly makes your visit at Artmed 1000% better and enjoyable. You can definitely tell Jennifer’s passion as an esthetician through her hard work and making sure her clients are satisfied and happy, she goes out of her way to check up on her clients on Instagram after their visits and make sure they are healing okay and has been so easy to reach out to her for more questions. This was my first experience with this kind of skin care treatment and from the first consultation visit, Valeria Pugliese has been amazing to work with. Val is patient, answered all of my questions and provided thorough information for me to make decisions about services. I have been for two BBL treatments so far, and can see the difference in my complexion already. I have very sensitive skin and Val was sure to tailor the treatment. This has been such a positive experience and I highly recommend Val. I have also had very positive experiences with all the other team members at Art Med. Everyone is pleasant. I came to Artmed as I was struggling with hyper-pigmentation on my body. Valeria is the best thing that has happened to me!! She goes above and beyond and ensures you are at your maximum comfort level. She is extremely thorough, experienced, and real! Valeria has gone out of her way to contact me on multiple occasions via phone call and social media to follow up on progress, as well as answer any questions I may have. She has shown me a great level of care and I am forever grateful for her and the entire Artmed team! In the fall I had the pleasure of having Val as my technician for a BBL treatment. This treatment was amazing as was Val. Val was super easy going and answered all my questions. She put me at ease which helped me relax through the procedure. The difference in my skin after this treatment was unbelievable. I went in feeling like a leopard ( so much sun damage). After about a week my skin tone was much more even. Im thankful and grateful to Val's recommendation for post care treatment and Im looking forward to going back for my final treatment.

I have had a laser treatment at a different clinic and my skin looked worse. For this reason I was somewhat hesitant to have another one, but the reviews I read for ArtMed were awesome so I gave it another shot and I am so glad I did!!!My skin looks amazing thanks to Jennifer Glazer.Jennifer is truly amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable. friendly and kind. She takes her time explaining everything about your skin and the recommended treatment. For the treatment itself she made me feel so at ease and comfortable! And she told me what to expect after and everything she said was spot on. I was given aftercare that has been amazing for my skin. And even though I live almost an hour from ArtMed I will only go there from now on and have all my treatments with Jen! Thanks Jen, you are incredible at what you do!

I can’t say enough great things about ArtMed!Before going to ArtMed I would go to different places getting various treatments without having a real plan and never noticing real results. What I love about ArtMed is their results driven approach which is visibly tracked with a VISIA skin analysis to see the improvements over time!Beyond the incredible treatments, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to treatments with Jennifer (the best!); she’s passionate about her work and genuinely wants her clients to see the best results. She takes the time to explain the various treatment options and come up with a plan of action that takes into account results and your budget. My skin has never looked better!Thanks ArtMed!

ArtMed is an amazing place with friendly, knowledgeable, and caring staff. I had a consult with Dr. Peirson in August regarding an acute skin condition on my face. Her simple recommendations made a huge difference within two days, and I no longer need to use the prescription cream from my doctor that I had been using for two months prior. I went back today, and had a BBL treatment with Ulla. She was great, and took care of my concerns. I look forward to going back again :)

Been coming here since 2015 for laser after having a negative experience with another clinic and have always been happy with ArtMed's services and their prices have always been competitive. This was an amazing experience. The staff from end to end were amazing and so friendly. They were able to answer all my questions for my specific procedure to ensure I felt comfortable. I had the pleasure of getting a couple of treatments done at ArtMed, today.ArtMed will not disappoint! It’s a beautiful clinic without feeling cold. It’s very soothing to be honest. Lots of amazing products as well!I was cheerfully greeted upon arrival by their office administrators Katie, Skye, and Chantal. It felt like walking into a friends house with how warm and friendly they are. Everyone was masked up - temperature taken etc - all Covid protocols were observed.I was taken into the treatment room to await my amazing Nurse Practitioners Amanda and Shannon - my Injection Specialists. After finding out what I wanted to achieve, they explained to me what they would do to achieve the results I want. They have the gentle touch. They talk you through the procedures to avoid any surprises. They were very thorough with the after care expectations and how long I could experience swelling for a short time.It has only been a few hours since I had everything done, but I can already see the improvements- looking forward to the next few days/weeks.I walked out smiling and feeling good about myself.Thank you!!Jenny

I am so glad i chose Art Med to help me with my acne scars. I booked an appointment here to have a consult in regards to my acne scars. Jennifer came up with a plan for me to do before my wedding next year. Jennifer explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable in what she does. I have had a few lasers now and i am so happy with the results this far. Jennifer made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the lasers as i do not do well with pain. Absolutely phenomenal staff that work here!!! Every time I go in, I'm greeted with so much vibrant energy. Jennifer Glazer is my go to gal here for all things skin. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. I am that client that pesters her all throughout our sessions for information about what each product and procedure is doing and she never falls short in having an answer ready for me. I have had a few standard facials here and am a involve with their Alumier range. Recently I did a chemical peel which completely changed my skin....I have never glowed so much and felt so bright! I have also had a mini lip plump by nurse Elyse. Another fabulous employee!! She made me feel so comfortable as a first timer for injections. Her light and bubbly sense of humour along with her knowledge and extreme expertise made my experience an easy 10/10. I will never forget how many times she analyzed my lips to make sure they were even. This girl knows whats up! I look forward to every appointment I make here. Worth every penny! I researched laser hair removal places all over Ontario to find the best place. I found a place in Toronto and went there for 18 months and never saw decent results and it cost quite a lot of money. From there I knew I needed to go to the best of the best, which is why I made the switch to ArtMed. Best decision I have ever made! I now go to see Jennifer Glazer for all of my laser hair removal and cosmetic needs and wow talk about night and day difference. I saw immediate results after just one session and I was able to get a great price because of their promotions! I highly recommend investing in yourself and go to ArtMed! The entire staff is unbelievably friendly and honest. They really look out for you and your well-being. Plus if you are looking for a confident skin angel, Jennifer is your girl! TRUST ME.

the FRIENDLIEST ladies greet you. GiGi was so sweet when I came in, and I guess could tell I was nervous. so she was extra sweet and didn't leave my side until I was calmer!if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable.it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.if you have any doubt, they'll take their time and reassure you =)you're in good hands. also my BBL session with Jennifer was really great because she is so wonderful to talk to. the light was uncomfortable but it felt like hanging out with a new friend. it's that kind of place.

I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!

I absolutely recommend Artmed for your medical spa treatment. I did both face and eye thermage at ArtMed and the result was absolutely amazing. All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming. Marlise was very nice and comforting throughout both the treatments and she was more than experienced to handle thermage. I'm so happy that I decided to do my thermage at Artmed. It's only been a month and I already love the result on my face! Couldn't wait to come back for HALO+PRP in a few month.

ArtMed was a shining star I didn't even know I was looking for!I've struggled with rosacea my entire life and began to have adult on-set acne (super frustrating when during your teenage years you had clear beautiful skin). I came across ArtMed (@artmedguelph) from following @thebirdspapaya on Instagram.I made a consultation with Jennifer Glazer (@thelazermedic) in January 2020 and she recommended I do 3 consecutive treatments of BBL (once a year for maintenance) and start some medical grade skin care that they carry in store, Vivier (@vivierskin) (Did I mention they're a Canadian company based out of Québec?!?). I'm still using the Redness Line from Vivier 7 months later and have only had to replace a few of the products; a little goes a LONG way.Needless to say I'm OVER THE MOON at how my skin looks today. I will be back to do the BBL treatments on an annual basis and hope to do a HALO treatment as well.Moral of the story - ArtMed and their staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I wish I had found this place sooner.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic is clean and spacious, there's a small selection of great products available for purchase (I'm loving Alumier!), and there's a good amount of free parking! I wanted to have a few visits under my belt prior to leaving a review so that I could make it as honest and detailed as possible.From the beginning the staff at ArtMed made me feel comfortable and Laura was amazing. I had never had any sort of cosmetic procedure done including botox or fillers of any kind. They came highly recommended so I decided after a decade of debating doing so, to finally give it a go.My main concern was my lips. I have no visible top lip as my cupid's bow is quite defined therefore my top lip hides underneath my mouth. I wanted so desperately to feel the same confidence I did WITH lipstick on and conveyed this to Laura. I also told her I was looking to get a bit of botox between my brows to prevent the frown line from getting worse. I was quite self-conscious of my nasolabial folds too and felt they were aging me, but she immediately disagreed. They aren't there as a money grab, I can tell you that. They will listen to your concerns but they won't suggest more than you need. I left with much less work than I had anticipated getting when I arrived.Getting my top lip to the point where it's full has been a struggle with trial and error but Laura was more than willing to go above and beyond for me and she has been very upfront and candid with how to achieve it. It's not easy to give someone who had no visible top lip the look I wanted to achieve but she was so accommodating right from the start and over the past few months.I'm so happy that I chose ArtMed and I would never go elsewhere. I've also purchased a lot of their Vivier skincare products which are LIFE CHANGING.If you're reading this in an attempt to make a decision on whether or not to give them a chance.. I say do it. Go for a consultation at least because I truly believe you'll leave happy. I had an amazing visit here with Laura. I had never had fillers done before, and while we discussed doing a full syringe, I was happy she didn't just "take my money" and I left with only using a half syringe. This allowed me to achieve the natural but fuller look I was going for. 100% would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I recently had Thermage at ArtMed and I have to say it was a great experience overall. Jennifer was wonderful and we talked and laughed throughout. It wasn’t completely painless as there were a few spots on my face that were more sensitive but this was discussed at the consult so I was prepared, and it was brief, exactly as explained. We saw improvement right after and I’m looking forward to even more as time goes on.I’ve also had Botox here with very good results The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

From the moment you step into ArtMed , you are greeted with a smile and always so professional. I have had different treatments here with the first being Dr. Mary Peirson, to discuss different products and procedures best for me. Procedures have been administered by Dr Peirson , and different technicians and specialists along the way. All was fully explained, and I must say. I am truly happy with all I have done. I've only been to ArtMed once, but it was a 10/10 experience.First and foremost, the frontend staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and cheerful (I believe I spoke with Gigi and Meghan). I was offered a drink, and they even took my jacket and hung it up for me!Secondly, the nurse I saw (Stephanie) during my procedure was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was professional, skilled, and also very personable! My treatment (botox) was surprisingly affordable (under $100), and I was very pleasantly surprised to have a medical skin procedure done for such an affordable price at such a nice clinic!Overall, I was incredibly happy with my treatment and results, and it was a really nice experience going to Artmed. I ran into the clinic manager (Jane) when I left, and she was also super friendly!I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in medical-grade skincare :)

I am a medical aesthetician myself, I have very high expectations when I get treatments done, considering I am in the same field. With that being said, ArtMed is one of the BEST places I've EVER been too. Clean, professional, honest, friendly, a very high level of care. This place offers treatments that are high end in the beauty industry and I've seen amazing results with my profractional laser treatments - truly life changing for me. I love everyone that works there, I love the energy , everyone is always laughing, smiling, you can tell they love their jobs and are passionate about changing lives. I'll say again- the bar is set very high for me considering I'm in the same field....and they have exceeded all my expectations. This place deserves a 5 star rating, truly.

The professional and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive and comfortable. I got botox on my forehead; the nurse explained everything so thoroughly and did the procedure within 2 minutes. It was almost painless. The price was so affordable and I'm in love with my results. I'll definitely be returning to this clinic.

I've had a great experience with ArtMed! I had a fantastic consultation with them back in October, and they recommended several products and courses of treatment to clear up my skin. The Alumier and Vivier products they recommended me have been lifesavers, and cleared up my skin within 2 months of starting to use them. I've definitely gotten the results they told me to expect, within the time frame they recommended and I will certainly continue to use the products recommended and go back to them for any future skin care needs :) Highly recommend!

I've had several treatments at ArtMed and have been extremely happy with the services provided. Treatment staff are extraordinarily well-trained and reception and management are always very cheerful and helpful. This place provides boutique-level services at prices below the industry standard.I've been in for 3 Fraxel treatments to improve residual acne scarring from my teenage years and the results are awesome.I've also had a standard course of 3 Belkyra treatments and the reduction in under-chin fat and resulting sharpening of the jawline is really noticeable.Can't recommend this wonderful business highly enough!

the FRIENDLIEST ladies greet you. GiGi was so sweet when I came in, and I guess could tell I was nervous. so she was extra sweet and didn't leave my side until I was calmer!
if you're the slightest bit unsure, don't hesitate to book a consultation. they'll put you at ease. and when the time for procedure comes, you can trust them to go at a pace you're okay with and they make sure you know they want your feedback, they want to know if you need anything else to be more comfortable.
it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.
I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.

I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!

Incredible service. From the front staff to the doctors - I’ve always felt welcomed .. dr Anderson and dr peirson are incredibly knowledgeable and I learned so much from them. They’re super Compassionate and it’s very clear they all love what they do. I won’t go anywhere else!
