Appointment Confirmations by TEXT
Currently we are sending most appointment reminders via email, however, text message confirmations allow more privacy and are less likely to get missed or buried in spam or gmail’s Updates folder. To ensure you receive your confirmation please allow us to text you your reminder. You will be asked to confirm your appointment by texting back “C” (your regular SMS charges will apply).
Deposits, Payments & Returns
Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be reviewed prior to treatment. Depending on the procedure, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Provision of a credit card number may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill, are refundable with a minimum of two business days’ cancellation notice and may be retained, as disclosed, for failing to meet the requirements set out in ArtMed’s Late Arrivals/Cancellations & Missed Appointments policy below. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment.
Late, Cancelled & “No Shows” Appointments
Our policy regarding late cancellations/lateness/non-attendance has been updated. Appointment reminders via text, email or both will be sent two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure optimal care and treatment experience for all our patients, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. ArtMed may retain treatment deposits failing a timely arrival. ArtMed will require two business days (48hrs) cancellation notice to return a deposit. A “no- show” fee of $50.00 will be billed to your credit card or account if you fail to appear to your confirmed appointment.
