Where do I even begin! This was my first time at this location and my first time getting Botox. I was very nervous, but after talking with Sarah I felt at ease and comfortable in my decision to go ahead with this procedure. Sarah was friendly, informative and I fully trusted my face in her hands (even after only just having meet her) . The spa itself was beautiful, clean and quiet. The reception staff were lovely. It's been about a week since I had the Botox done and I will say I'm very happy with the results, still early as the full results do take up to two weeks, but loving how it's going. I had no bruising or headache (I was anticipating both) so that was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to go back for my follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank-you Sarah, you are so talented at what you do! If I could give more then 5 star review I would.

The place is spotless and the staff is insanely welcoming and made conversation with me as I waited. Vijeta is very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, costs, and risks. it is so casual and professional at the same time. everyone chats with you the same way they would chat with their friends. so that makes it a really comfortable experience.
I wish I had been more open to cosmetic stuff sooner, going to ArtMed has been AMAZING for my self image.

I’ve been going to Artmed for awhile now and their customer service is amazing. They continually go above and beyond! I’ve seen a few different people for my Botox but today I saw Elyse. She was exceptional!!!!! She was very friendly, thorough and gentle. She explained all of my different options to me. I have now found my forever nurse practitioner for my Botox!!!!!!!
