What do IPL and BBL mean? 

Broad Band Light (BBL™), Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and photofacial are three terms for flashlamp treatment (light energy of many wavelengths). Like lasers, different devices offer a wide range of power outputs. How does IPL photorejuvenation work?
