This fee is for requested prescription renewals via fax, e-mail, or phone call when no appointment is required to see the practitioner.
The practitioner reserves the right to request an in-person or virtual appointment before renewing a prescription. All in-person and virtual appointments requiring prescriptions will be subject to a $60.00 Fee.
